The problem

Every “top creators” list on the internet is really a subscriber-count list wearing a disguise. That is a measure of distribution, not of teaching. The best explanation of campaign budget optimisation you will ever watch might be on a channel with 4,000 subscribers, and no ranking built on popularity will ever show it to you.

What we do instead

We find the candidates exhaustively, filter them on topic focus rather than fame, and then grade the actual teaching — from transcripts, video by video. The result is a list where a 4,810-subscriber creator can finish second and a 457,000-subscriber creator can finish nineteenth, because that is what the content said.

Who is on the list

Creators do not apply, pay, or opt in. Nobody on a Topranks list has any relationship with Topranks. Every number shown comes from public YouTube data and from the creator's own published videos.

Corrections and contact

If you are on a list and something is wrong — a misattributed specialty, a stale subscriber count, a video graded that was not really a solo teaching video — we want to fix it. If you think you should be on a list and are not, the most likely reasons are that your captions were unavailable or that discovery has not reached your niche yet. Both are fixable.
